Ron Yates is an honest, hard-working business owner who truly wants to deliver good service to his customers. The quality of our pool's construction is excellent and we get many compliments on its beauty, even from other pool owners. Granted, during construction, there were a couple of bumps along the way, but you have to kind of expect some of those things. The important part is how a company handles those types of problems. Some business owners simply don't care. But Ron sincerely wants to do his best to take care of the customer. You can't ask for more than that.
