I contacted this company to give me an estimate on gutter repair. I set an appointment for 4:30 on a Wednesday and since they like the homeowner to be present I left work early to be home in time. At 4:28 I received a phone call that the estimator had an emergency and couldn't make it so we rescheduled the appt. for the following Friday at 8:00 a.m. I waited until 8:45 and he never showed...making me late for work. The following Tuesday I called and spoke with a man there & asked for the owner to call me. About an hour later I received a voicemail from the estimator again saying he was sorry and he would have the estimate to me shortly. A week later I still never got the estimate so I called and spoke with the owners secretary and complained. She then spoke with the estimator who lied his way out of it and said I was supposed to call him back. Either way she told me I would have the figures via email by the next day (Wednesday). On Thursday I still hadn't received the email so I called her very upset and asked for her to have the owner call me. Today is Friday afternoon and I never heard back. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE DAN FULMER COMPANY PROVIDES!!!!! I work for a large Insurance company and I will make sure that NONE of our customers use them if they have a claim.
