No one ever showed up for my scheduled estimate. Didn't recieve a call saying they couldn't make it. Called the next day. After being on hold for a long time, they said someone would call me back. No one ever called back. Called the next day. The person that answered said he was the owner and would have someone call me. No one called back. Called a finally time. The owner answered again. Told him I would take my business elsewhere. He never appologized. Was a rude jerk and hung up. Could not believe it. Most un-professional company/owner I have ever dealt with. I contacted this company to give me an estimate on gutter repair. I set an appointment for 4:30 on a Wednesday and since they like the homeowner to be present I left work early to be home in time. At 4:28 I received a phone call that the estimator had an emergency and couldn't make it so we rescheduled the appt. for the following Friday at 8:00 a.m. I waited until 8:45 and he never showed...making me late for work. The following Tuesday I called and spoke with a man there & asked for the owner to call me. About an hour later I received a voicemail from the estimator again saying he was sorry and he would have the estimate to me shortly. A week later I still never got the estimate so I called and spoke with the owners secretary and complained. She then spoke with the estimator who lied his way out of it and said I was supposed to call him back. Either way she told me I would have the figures via email by the next day (Wednesday). On Thursday I still hadn't received the email so I called her very upset and asked for her to have the owner call me. Today is Friday afternoon and I never heard back. THIS IS THE KIND OF SERVICE DAN FULMER COMPANY PROVIDES!!!!! I work for a large Insurance company and I will make sure that NONE of our customers use them if they have a claim. I've heard mixed reviews. I always make the free call to ServiceMagic before using any contractors just to be safe. The 2 minute call could save you hundreds or thousands of dollars. more
