Review content:
In my experience, you have to treat people with respect to get respect. I don't know if that is what is going on here with the negative reviews, but ...I've seen some real high-strung people taking their pets to this vet (any vet, really...people get excited about their pets), and the staff and doctors deal with them the best they can. They took really good care of my cat, who finally needed to be put down at age 19. The doctor came to our house, so that my cat didn't have to suffer the car ride and being at a place with so many smells that terrified her. It was very loving and kind, to us and to our cat. Sure, they try to get you to purchase good food, and good flea killer, but not only because they would make a sale but because they believe it is the most healthful for the animals. Pros: Personalized service Cons: It's a Vet, after all
