I am in the market for a new fence. I called three or four fence companies in order to get a quote for a new wood fence. Two companies of the companies I called had answering machines fielding their call in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. On the third call I reach Toledo Fence... I thought great finally a person to talk to about my fence. After I gave him a 30 second briefing on my needs I was treated like a leper. I tried several times to arrange an appointment. All I could get from them was a ballpark over the phone. How can they possibly price my project without seeing it. I guess the 200 feet of fence in my yard just was not a big enough project for them. After an exhausting ten minutes of trying to bribe the attendant with the possibility of doing my project i finally gave up. I called another and signed a contract that day. By the way they had better pricing and were quick to set up an appointment. Toledo fence I hope you learn from this and change the way you service your potential customers... You may have been around for a long time but your service and attention to your customers needs is lacking.
