It took me a month to straighten out what they screwed up with the insurance company. It didn't help that the person doing the insurance claims was only in the office two days a week and the days changed each week. We vowed to never go back ther again. Six months later my wife gets a call to confirm her appt on Valentines day. We had never set one up, so we called and canceled. A week later we receive a notice in the mail from our insurance company of the same check up my wife had back in August of 2010 with changes the office had just made reducing the amount the insurance company is paying again. Lets put it this way, my exam- $20.00 - my wifes with the same coverage- $160.00. Don't trust them to do their job.
