Review content:
I have nothing negative to say about this clinic. I have been to several different vets over 2 years, plus one emergency center in Grapevine, that kept diagnosing my cat with hairballs. Every few months she would cough up blood to the point where she became dehydrated. It was Dr. Hotchkiss who recommended a simple Xray and discovered she had asthma. She is now being treated for that as well as a heart condition. He always explains everything to me, even showing me the actual Xrays as we progress along. Every vet up there has been great, and I believe I've seen them all at some point. As far as the post on the reality show goes...to me that just shows what a great clinic it is. Are they really going to feature some janky looking clinic with bad vets?! As far as being expensive, in my opinion they are comparable to other clinics in the urban area. Of course they are going to get your money up front, they are a business. If you want low cost care then go to the Humane society. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. They have been very compassionate with me and put up with me calling every 2 hours to check on my cat when she was hospitalized. They have allowed me to leave her there, free of charge once when I was in a bind. Great place, fabulous people.
