Review content:
I was browsing at Barnes and Noble on a Saturday night and I was kind of aimlessly browsing through the tables of books, when suddenly I realized I left my phone when I went to pick up a book. Panicked, I retraced my steps to all the book sections I went to - and this involved going up and down the escalators to three different floors. Finally, I got back to square one, and just asked someone at customer service. Luckily, they had it behind the counter - thank goodness nobody was mean enough to steal a cell phone here! So, for this incident alone, I am eternally grateful to the staff here.??Anyway, as far as the store goes, I really like it. It is way better layout-wise than Borders in Penn Station because there's a lot more room.
