Took my 7 month old LAB to Emergency at ACV on 3/16/11, because his eye was swollen pretty bad. First sign was my dog who was fighting me as I was trying to go into the place. Mind you he runs into Floyd Harbor Animal Hospital and LOVES it there. ACV was all about the money not the care of the pet. Constantly saying it was going to be $30 for this $30 for that. $120 for this etc. Bottom line I spent $175 for absolutely nothing and who knows if they even checked his eye. Thank God my puppy was going to our normal vet the next day 3/17/11 to get neutered. They checked him all out and he was happy as can be. Doing well and no issues. I will never use ACV again and will recommend friends and family not to go there as well. I need a doctor no matter who it is be more focused on the care then on the money. They are just money hungry people and should be shut down.
