Review content:
Until a week ago, my husband and I were the delighted parents of three rescued cats who have all been lovingly cared for by the staff at Westside Animal Hospital for the past five years. Sadly, Max succumbed to old age last Wednesday, and the staff there recommended we "put him down". He was a magnificent cat. He would shake hands, roll over, wave "hello", and "kiss" you for the right treat. It was heart-breaking to say goodbye, but the empathy of the Westside staff was amazing. They prepared us emotionally the best they could, and sent us flowers the following day. Westside made an unbearable day one we could cherish as our last memory of Max. We believe they are the best vets in town. I suspect they might share with us a sentiment we found in this quote: "If man could be crossed with the cat, it would improve man but deteriorate the cat." ?Mark Twain.
Pros: Kind, thoughtful, empathetic
Cons: expensive, but worth it!
