I wish I could give negative stars!! This was the worst place to live - not only does the area have high crime It's loud - people screaming in the street at all hours - ALL HOURS - I had a guy selling "things" (This site won't let me use the word...) in front of my building. There were always shopping carts left in front of the buildings. We went two weeks without heat - and we called every day to have the management fix it - we were told "Not having heat is not an emergency". I can?t even go on with the hell we went through. But even worse - the management does not care - AT ALL. IT IS A SLUM!!! We were so happy when we found a house in South Park ? we couldn?t get out fast enough!
