Review content:
The owner, though claiming 25 years of experience, gives out advice that can actually hurt your spa. He recommended chemicals that are incompatible with my spa, and would have damaged it, and then when asked for clarification, became abusive and agressive about being questioned. Very poor customer service, limited selection, and being afraid of the owners temper makes this, in my opinion, a poor choice. There are other and better local vendors in the west San Fernando Valley for pool and spa equipment and supplies.
