I don't know who this person veronicaj is who wrote that Flooring World doesn't pay their workers, I've worked there for as long as they've been @their present location ALMOST 6 YRS & The Owners pay their Employees before they pay themselves. All I can figure is that this person who wrote this last review, last year was a girlfriend of a contractor that was either fired for poor installation & his work had to be repaired by one of the professional installation craftsmen Flooring World has had happily working for them for 3-4yrs (they don't ever like their client's to be hassles by repairs, however, hiring new guys is sometimes needed) or the boyfriend spent his paycheck on his way home from collecting it! I can tell you that I WORKED FOR FW WHEN HURRICANE RITA CAME & THE OWNERS MADE SURE ALL OF THEIR EMPLOYEES & INSTALLERS HAD CASH AVAILABLE/ON HAND AS BANKS WERE CLOSED FOR SEVERAL DAYS!! NOW THAT'S BEING A CHRISTIAN, DOING THINGS FOR OTHERS WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TOO! Integrity-Adherence to moral and ethical principles; soundness of moral character, honesty.
Pros: When tiled my floors everythg was GREAT!They always do what they say+more-Great Warranties!
