The review "when businesses turn bad" is unfair. Since this person does not identify who they are we can't respond directly to them. I assure you Estes Heating and Air has NOT 'gone bad' . We are committed more than ever to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. This person probably called on an extremely HOT day in August and we may not have been able to immediately respond. We do appreciate their business and sincerely hope we can be of service to them in the future. Tommy Estes, President
