"Best There Is" 7/1/2011

If you need a reliable air conditioning/ heating company this is the one. I have been using this company for over 7 years and they have NEVER let me down. They have friendly and knowledgeable service techs that do what they say their gonna do when they say they are gonna do it. Great Service As Always 4/7/2011

I am a regular customer of Estes and recently had a service call on my system. As usual, great service. The customer service people were friendly when I called. They were able to accommodate me with scheduling a service call around my busy schedule. The technician arrived on time and explained all options available to me in order to resolve my issue. Just great service from start to finish. Thanks Estes, customer for life. more

Do not use Estes 6/24/2010

Estes Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc has been a nightmare. The installation crew?s professionalism was very poor and craftsmanship worse. First the installers showed up late and took twice as long to install the Carrier Gas Furnace and A/C unit. One of the installers chewed tobacco during the entire installation process. They made several mistakes during installation of the Carrier Gas Furnace and A/C unit. Three of the worst issues with the installation are; tried to install a line set to the new ADP Evaporator Coil with a kink in the line set, (the installer said he has done it before and would have done it again if I had not asked him to repair the kink), improperly install the condensate pump and drain hose to the condensate pump. If I had not discovered the hose leak there would have been major water damage in my finished basement. The installers also knock loose the exhaust vent on my hot water tank, which I discovered while repairing the drain hose. After voicing my conc more

Great On Time Service 5/14/2010

They saved me more than one in winter or summer with their quick response. The owner always uses his Yellow Lab "Jake" on his advertisements. This is probably why I noticed it. more

The review "when businesses turn bad" is unfair. Since this person does not identify who they are we can't respond directly to them. I assure you Estes Heating and Air has NOT 'gone bad' . We are committed more than ever to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. This person probably called on an extremely HOT day in August and we may not have been able to immediately respond. We do appreciate their business and sincerely hope we can be of service to them in the future. Estes Heating & Air Cond Inc is good for service 9/10/2009

Use these for annual service contract. They come out in the fall and the spring to service my furnace and air conditioner. They never try to sell me anything else. I love that. more

Used them for years because they were a family business like ours and seemed to be dedicated. This all changed in the last year, This is ironic because the economy has forced companies to be a little more compliant in general but not ESTES. They would make tentative appointments and never make them permanent. They always had excuses of being so busy, etc. I used to think that loyalty to a company would get some sort of equal response in return but not so. Their serice has definitely gone way down Pros: has a lot of experience Cons: have grown too big for their abilities/desires to keep up more
