After shopping around we ultimately settled on a spa manufacturer in our local area based on price. We put a deposit of $300 down and thats when our nightmare began... They called and said we would have to wait 3 weeks because the model we picked was accidently sold and delivered, so we asked for our deposit back, they refused and became very nasty. So we went back to Hydro Heaven where we realy wanted the buy the spa in the first place, because we had been refered by other friends. We told them our sob story and what they did blew me away, they gave us $300 off of the spa we picked withoutus even asking for anything, because they felt bad for our situation! Now thats good business! They're also the only local people that sell chemicals on-line which is nice because my house is twenty miles away.
