I have had two occasions where my car needed service and I took it there since they are close to my home. Both times they have ripped me off: The first time, I went in to have my brakes checked and changed. They came back and said that my car needed all four rotors changed (as well as brake pads) and quoted me an exorbitant price. Before I ok'd the work, I called to a local dealership's service department to check, and not only was the price at Sanford Firestone hundreds of dollars more than what the DEALER quoted for the same work, they told me my make of car only had two rotors to change.
