this shop is very good, i have had plenty of work done to my car to be able to write a review. the people that work in the office always look for cheaper parts if the ones they find are too expensive. overall this shop is very good. i would trust these guys with my car. more

Even if your car dies in their parking lot, take it somewhere else. 7/12/2007

I have had two occasions where my car needed service and I took it there since they are close to my home. Both times they have ripped me off: The first time, I went in to have my brakes checked and changed. They came back and said that my car needed all four rotors changed (as well as brake pads) and quoted me an exorbitant price. Before I ok'd the work, I called to a local dealership's service department to check, and not only was the price at Sanford Firestone hundreds of dollars more than what the DEALER quoted for the same work, they told me my make of car only had two rotors to change. more
