I had my jet ski repaired at the shop. They told me that the part would be ordered and they could install it and have it back to me the same week (by Friday). Friday came and went. No call. I called them and said they might get it in the next day but they had lots of other jobs going on. They told me it would cost $300 in labor to install the part. I picked it up a day later after arguing with them and paid $100 more than what they quoted. When I asked them why, they said it took longer than they thought and got angry when I asked. I wouldn't go back. There are better places to go where the quote (and time frame) matches or is under what is estimated. There were no additional parts or labor beyond the original parts.... only additional costs of labor which were passed on to me. I would recommend a written quote if you decide to go to this place. Be prepared for angry cranky service. Good Luck!
