Review content:
The guys at O'brien are very in the know when it comes to the vehicles they work on. I own a Land Rover and they seem to be experts about all things Rover. They gave me a good estimate, and were sure to check with me before doing any major work. They even gave me a ride to work when I dropped off the car. Plus, being a 20 something, I didn't feel creeped out by the guys that helped me. I also didn't feel ripped off when I got the bill because they kept me informed. Sounds like that last guy doesn't really know how to "communicate" with car guys. I had everything explained to me in detail and totally understood the difference between the $139 oil change and a $40 oil change. Some things are worth the investment to keep your car going strong long term. Totally recommend O'brien to anyone who wants a trustworthy shop.
Pros: Knowledgeable staff, kept me informed, friendly people!
