My mother brought our cat to this same place and the exact same thing happened where the cat container was not secured after our pet was placed in the cage. Upon leaving, luckily, she was able to close the cage in the parking lot and keep the cat inside without it escaping. They seem to provide professional care but can be very careless in securing pets. If you visit this place make sure not to trust the containers are secure before leaving. Check it yourself very carefully. When she mentioned what happened to her, they admitted to her that cats have escaped before so it seems to be an ongoing problem.
