Run away from this place while you can!! Archstone Redmond Hill is a terrible place with terrible customer service. Anything you see on their website is a lie. I started a lease on an apartment here about a month ago, and before I paid for this place everyone was all nice and friendly. After you move into your room and see how terrible everything is and that nothing is as it seems on their website, you might thin to go and complain to someone in customer service.Don't bother wasting your time, they will just frustrate you and the 'nice' people who wooed you into signing the lease will become unimaginably rude. 'You have already signed a contract and there is nothing you can do about it' is what seems to go through all their minds. At this point you find yourself stuck with a terrible apartment for the rest of your lease.
