The other reviewers are absolutely correct, this place is awful. They are so nice to you in the beginning once they get your money forget it you are nothing. After 6 months here black MOLD in my closet, after one year my rent was raised more than $300. Because the fire sprinkler system is so old, and I quote a maintenance person employed by archstone in the winter the sprinklers froze upon thaw they went off flooding residents storage units and living rooms. I was informed by a prior resident the sprinkers went off for no reason in the apartment ruining their belongings. These arpartments are old and falling apart, I have had problems with electric outlets as well. They fix things on the outside to put up a front but after a month here you will see whats really going on. The indoor pool totally freezing in the winter as is indoor hottub. Pool and hottub totally filthy. Hottub is broken most of the time. Recently updated gym what a joke. Please heed this advice and run!!!!!!!!!!
