Review content:
I bought a laptop from Icon Computers last Thursday. And since day one, the computer would freeze up after an hour of use. I kept thinking it was a software problem. But I eventually realized it was a hardware problem. By late Saturday, the hard drive refused to run Windows 7. When when I tried to get a refund on it earlier today, one Icon Computers person told me they give no refunds. When I explained the problem, he blamed it on me even though I used their laptop in the same way I used my previous laptop. And my previous laptop lasted THREE YEARS! He even offered to look at the defective computer his store sold me. But I refused since they shouldn't have sold me a defective computer in the first place. Plus, I didn't have the money to pay for their examination of the defective laptop. Since I knew I couldn't reason with them, I decided to never do business with them and instead use their competition, Micro Computers, located about a block down the street from them.
