I brought my computer in to have a virus removed. I was very surprised at how inexpensive the service turned out to be. I will definitely be back if I have future problems. Thanks for all of your help. more

This place deserves a negative 5 stars. The guy in there is so evil. I guess he is the boss. He looks like a fake human. He smiles at you with this fake smile. I took my computer in there twice and I believe they ruined it so they could charge me alot of money to repair. The guy starts telling me that my computer is a bad computer and that my windows were no good. I own a HP Entertainment pc with vista. If HP heard the things he said about their product., they probably would never ever do buisness with him. Please quit hatin on HP. I hate icon computers store. At least the one in Dearborn on greenfield . If there are other icon computers stores out ther. I am not talking about you yet. I bought a laptop from Icon Computers last Thursday. And since day one, the computer would freeze up after an hour of use. I kept thinking it was a software problem. But I eventually realized it was a hardware problem. By late Saturday, the hard drive refused to run Windows 7. When when I tried to get a refund on it earlier today, one Icon Computers person told me they give no refunds. When I explained the problem, he blamed it on me even though I used their laptop in the same way I used my previous laptop. And my previous laptop lasted THREE YEARS! He even offered to look at the defective computer his store sold me. But I refused since they shouldn't have sold me a defective computer in the first place. Plus, I didn't have the money to pay for their examination of the defective laptop. Since I knew I couldn't reason with them, I decided to never do business with them and instead use their competition, Micro Computers, located about a block down the street from them. This is definitely the best computer store in Dearborn..I had such a good experience that I want the whole world to know. I just bought (3) laptops for under $75 a piece. I am forreal. They have the besy customer service ever. They have the nicest emplyees. They take out thier time to serve you. Even if you do not buy anything..They send you on your way in a very polite manner that you have no choice but to return. They are located at 7244 Greenfield...write it down. It's in Dearborn on the corner of warren and Dearborn.. Yes I drive way from Oakland county every month to see what they have new. I am a geek for computers.. The prices on evrything is so low it makes a difference in the community. I am so satisfied with them that I will not go anywhere else for my computer needs.
