Review content:
Rest assured, there will always be someone who has a different opinion. However based on 19 years of experience with Dr. Neans, he is THE best. He has the amazing ability to accurately diagnose a problem with my dog in less than a minute without testing. His experience makes him superior. The staff: Cathy, Vicki, Michelle, to name a few, are also high caliber. It?s true the building is small and somewhat outdated. But if it?s the care of your animal that is the concern, this clinic is the best by any standard. I read a review complaining about the price of care involving Dr. Banks and her advise of continued care. Keep in mind, there are 2 sides to every story. Through the years I have spent many thousands of dollars at CTAH as I have multiple dogs, all rescued and with health issues. However, having said that, the usual cost of exam and any associated lab fees is by far less than any other vet. Since I moved out of Pflugerville I briefly researched going to a facility closer to my home. This idea was dismissed when I came to my senses! Admittedly though, I did compare prices and CTAH is approx. 20-25% less than others in terms of vaccinations, exams, lab, Xrays and dentals. These people care about animals and are competent which, in my opinion, trumps all. I will be really sad when the day comes that Dr Neans retires, however he has set the expectation on the care delivered at his clinic. ?Debbie H
