First of all,I like to speak about the positive...there is nothing positive about this place!You are not able to see your town house until you have already paid and signed a lease.Your first bill for rent has many other charges that they never tell you about.So have deep pockets.The rent is due on the first,if you do not pay on the first a $65 fee is attached and 3 days later,a $165.00 eviction fee is also tacked on.When they tell you water is included that is not true, you pay a percent of what the entire building uses with extra service fees because they control the water meters, example if your neighbor has the water running all day long and you only use it to take showers you end up paying for what your neighbor used on top of what you have used.If you have new carpet in your apt,I guarantee,the padding is old and nasty and that is technically illegal.Not to mention UNHEALTHY FOR YOUR BABY TO CRAWL ON!!! THE OFFICE STAFF IS ON COMMISSION!!!So they will tell you what ever it takes so they get paid.The office is full of rude women, and lazy maintenance men.I completely agree to the last two reviews...no place for a family! My car has been broke into twice and the office doesn't care.Speeding and loud car stereos all day and all night.Young kids (underage) drinking sitting on their cars drinking alcohol,cursing, yelling, and throwing their cans and bottles in the parking lot all night long.Dog "mess" EVERYWHERE, PITT BULLS NOT ON LEASHES..in the summer time it smells like hot dog "mess" that come in your windows because people do not pick it up.People also walk their dogs away from their doors and let them "mess" in front of yours.PLEASE LOOK REAL HARD AT OTHER APTS BEFORE YOU COME HERE!! I know there is always going to be something not cool about any apt you go to but, for gods sake this is freaking ridiculous.Not to mention, HIGH WAY ROBBERY!!!!!
