Review content:
While we haven't had issues with safety, parking or noise level since we're back in the townhouses and on a cul-de-sac, the office staff is HORRIBLE! We moved in June 2009 and currently are still here, but are not going to renew our lease next June. Every time we've called the office regarding our AC not working (When it's over 95 outside), we've actually been told, "Oh well ... not our problem." This is twice in the last week we've been told the same thing. Also, they tack on a $99.90 LATE FEE because they didn't post our rent payment until the 6th of July when we paid it the 1st. How is that OUR fault that they can't do something correctly? I've lived in two other apartment complexes and I will NEVER EVER rent through Empirian or the Cloisters again. They don't know their head from their butt.
