I purchased on Dec 15, 2019, I ordered a Lazy boy sectional and recliner. In Feb I was scheduled to have the peices delivered on the 16th. I waited all afternoon, only to be called 30 minutes after the delivery window, that the pieces weren't even in the warehouse yet. After a number of phone calls back in forth, the sales manager informed me that they had never even ordered the recliner, but that both pieces should be in by the 2nd week in March. Today, March 2, I call to find out about my furniture, the couch is in, but they are now telling me that I have to arrange my own delivery. I told her that the sales person told me that the contract included the price of delivery. She told me that there were no verbal contracts, and that he didn't even work here anymore. She also told me that they were not making any money off of me, so I was out of luck. She gave me the number of a company that they worked with for delivery, and they charged me an additional 100 dollars. My husband is deployed and I had no choice if I wanted to have my couch. There over all care and service concerning my ordered was at the least poor and at worse criminal. I will never shop there or speak positively of my experience at this store.
