Review content:
I mean, they know how to do the job good enough, but would it hurt them any to buy a new suit with all that money I just gave them? God, I felt almost sorry for them; which, concerning my own saturation in self-pity seems a bit distracting, I know. I've actually arranged three funerals within my family in the past two years (the other two were professionally handled by FAMILY OWNED place in Chicago), and I will never understand why my grandpa insisted on this r_dn_ck establishment. I am glad to read that other people have actually experienced a positive relationship with this corporate firm, but I kick myself in the @ss for not going elsewhere. They put the obituary in the paper with wrong info, TWICE, printed out our folders wrong, and failied to mention a discount for my family member having been a veteran until I asked THEM after the service. They pushed packages onto us with all kinds of "extras" I neither needed nor wanted. Just too many details to get wrong in my opinion. The screwed up at a vital moment in my life. I will never forget the confusion they caused my family.
Pros: The cemetery did a great job.
Cons: The funeral home I hired failed to meet any standard. PUSHY. Salespeople. Money-hungry. Dirty.
