Review content:
Querhammer & Flagg's establishment took care of my family's loss late last year, and a director, Karen, took care of us. She was distant, impatient, and obviously had her thought elsewhere. We wanted to do something special for our service, but she insisted on "packages" that forced many things we had no need for, but still had to pay for. She did not help us personalize in any way. The reason we chose this firm is because of our family history there, but it is no longer family owned. The corporate attitude there is careless and cold. At the visitation, a older man (an ex-retired cop I heard?) was SO rude to everyone coming in the door. My entire family felt more than alienated and we would never recommend this funeral "home" to anyone who is grieving.
Pros: NONE!!!
Cons: RUDE, COLD, IMPERSONAL, IMPATIENT, PUSHY SALES PEOPLE!!
