I recently received several Christmas presents from the Binders in Charlotte, NC at Cotswold shopping center. When I tried to return 1 one of the items, I was told I needed the original credit card. After asking if they could do nothing the sales associate said no, then another sales associate came over to also give an definite no. No other options were given, such as a store credit.
