After scouring the city (Michaels, Hobby Lobby and CheapJoe's) for bright yellow mat board, I did a Google Search for any other art supplies store I hadn't contacted. Binders came up in my search and I called over to the Sharon Amity store to ask if they had it in stock. Unlike the other stores who simply said no, Andrea offered to look in the scrap pile and was able to find a piece and set it aside for me. How come none of the other stores offered to do that?! When I arrived at the store, she was super helpful in showing me the entire scrap collection in case I needed anything else. I ended up buying 3 more scrap pieces in addition to the yellow piece she reserved for me. I'm not sure why she got a bum wrap in the post on Jan. 3rd, but Andrea definitely helped me out today and I wished I received customer service like this everywhere I went. I'll be back to Binders based on this experience.
