I have been with EDS off and on, the reason I've cancelled in the past is because I have to call to ask that my garbage or recylcing to be picked up the day after my regular pick up day. At least once a month my house is skipped and my garbage or recyling is missed. A few times when I've called the person on the other end acts as if I am making this up! Not the best customer serivce in the world! I had to ask several times for the name on the account to be changed to mine rather than my exes.
