Worst experience I have had dealing with Ford dealership, I was over charged and they broke a tail light and said it was like that when I brought it in. Cost me an additional $89 to fix that. They up sale you products and claims many things are wrong with your vehicle. Always get a second opionion when dealing with the service department. You have been warned!!!
