The delivery service is beyond "HORRID". The delivery men are rude, lazy, and to be quite frank--frightening. They missed two promised delivery dates, and then showed up three hours late on the third promised date. They arrived at noon for a promised 9:00 am "First Delivery"--they claim they were caught up in traffic. Did I mention that they lie as well. However the best was yet to come...when they finally did arrive, they claimed that because there was some ice on the stairs they couldn't deliver. The stairs had been thoroughly shoveled and salted. However, because I didn't want to have to schedule yet another delivery date, I salted the stairs with another 20 lbs. of salt. When I finished, the delivery man smirked at me and told me to break the ice for him, or he wasn't bringing anything in the house. I'm 5'4" and 105 lbs., and this 230 lb. delivery man had the nerve to demand this of me. At that moment, it became obviouse to me that he was going to continue to come up with excuses for not doing his job. It also became obvious that he was enjoying being rude. I had enough. I called the Peabody store manager and discussed the situation with him. When the delivery man was called by his dispacher and told to bring the equipment in the house. He refused...claiming that I would accuse him of damaging something. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I'm still waiting to hear what the manager is going to do about this situation. The driver has since left...I'll post later with the final outcome.

Cons: HORRENDOUS DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!!!!
