I was SHOCKED to see any negative reviews for this vet? until I actually read the reviews and comments. I hope all readers are looking carefully at what these people think this hospital did ?wrong?: they refused to kill a poor kitty just because it was having trouble pooping, they didn?t take out a tooth when it sounds like the person told them not to, they charge an emergency fee to take care of your dog?s broken leg right away the same as every other vet on Earth, they neuter your dog in much safer conditions than some back-alley chop-shop program for only a little more money, and they refuse to carry or recommend cheap & crappy heartworm pills or vaccines. I guess I?m missing what the problem is. The truth is that West Shore Animal Hospital treats my animals like they were my kids, and me like the worried mom that I usually am when I?m there. They are the Best, and to describe them as ?cold?, ?rude?, ?greedy? and ?disgusting? for the things people did is just absurd rubbish.
