Review content:
I work in arts administration, and we have used Mort's in the past for various awards, ribbons, etc. However, the last time we used them will be the last time we ever use them. We put in an order for ribbons to go on name tags and 6 awards to be given at a ceremony. It took two calls and an in-person visit just to motivate them enough to find where the ribbons were, and they totally dropped the ball on the awards. On both of the aforementioned calls I had made, they assured me the awards would be ready by the ceremony. When I called back again, they admitted that the order was never submitted, and they couldn't find a suitable replacement to be ready in time for the ceremony. Pros: Everything they produce ends up looking alright. Cons: You might have an easier time making the awards yourself.
