I have used them a few times becuase it is convienent for me. Each time I say I won't go back and I do becuases it's close. Not any more. Twice I have missed a customer deadlines becuase they didn't have the item done (and it wasn't a rush job..). Pros: wide variety of trophies Cons: customer service and timeliness more

Reliable service and great selection 6/8/2009

Mort's staff has been great to work with for my work and personal needs. I've had ribbon cutting scissors framed, plaques made and tee-ball trophies made and all were done so well.\r Having parking right at their business in downtown is so helpful as well. \r I would definitely recommend to anyone needing their services. more

Can handle variety of engraving 2/2/2009

Mort's can handle a wide variety of engraving. They have engraved perpetual trophies for me-everything from large trays to champagne holders. You can park directly next door. more

Possibly the most disorganized business ever. 5/20/2008

I work in arts administration, and we have used Mort's in the past for various awards, ribbons, etc. However, the last time we used them will be the last time we ever use them. We put in an order for ribbons to go on name tags and 6 awards to be given at a ceremony. It took two calls and an in-person visit just to motivate them enough to find where the ribbons were, and they totally dropped the ball on the awards. On both of the aforementioned calls I had made, they assured me the awards would be ready by the ceremony. When I called back again, they admitted that the order was never submitted, and they couldn't find a suitable replacement to be ready in time for the ceremony. Pros: Everything they produce ends up looking alright. Cons: You might have an easier time making the awards yourself. more

Most of our engraving is now done using computers. Laser engraving is also now available for plaques and acrylics.
