Maybe its location influenced its decor. Right in the middle of NE 8th, a block or two away from Bell Square, sits a modern styled pho joint with relatively good food. Its a large deviance from the drab places I've gone to, and believe me..I've been to many.
Pros: Yummy Food, Prompt Service, Best Pho Environment Yet
Cons: Lack of parking
