Not good. Took three weeks to repair a Thermador oven. I had to be rescheduled 4 times before they ever got to me once they received part. Every day they had a new excuse why they couldn't fit me in even though we were waiting on them. For some reason when they don't fit you in one day you don't move to first on the list the following day. They finally came and fixed the the unit and asked if they could use the restroom. This was extremely unprofessional and is one of the many reasons I would never use them for a second time.
