I ditto the other review,they stood me up 3 times and never once moved me to the top of the list. I had to call to ask when they planned on rescheduling,they would never call me. Then they would tell me nothing was available for numerous days. I continued to call and finally they would not call me back. I called to speak to a manager and he said he did not care,take my business elsewhere. more

Not Good 7/19/2011

Not good. Took three weeks to repair a Thermador oven. I had to be rescheduled 4 times before they ever got to me once they received part. Every day they had a new excuse why they couldn't fit me in even though we were waiting on them. For some reason when they don't fit you in one day you don't move to first on the list the following day. They finally came and fixed the the unit and asked if they could use the restroom. This was extremely unprofessional and is one of the many reasons I would never use them for a second time. more
