When I first went to Echo at age 13, I had just gotten my hair cut by a stylist at another local salon who did an awful job. My ends were uneven and I left with frizzy, unstyled hair. At the time, my stylist was Corinne. She highlighted, cut and styled my hair *and* taught me how to do it all myself. Since then, I've been a devoted patron for 10 years and have had highlights, root color and cuts from all the girls! I've never had a bad experience and have always been treated well (afternoon glass of wine with cheese plate, anyone?) You may have to wait for an appointment, but believe me, you'll be happy you did. :)
