I had purchased a silver tray elswhere for my parents' wedding anniversary, and was looking for a place to get it engraved. I took it to several engravers and everyone told me the tray was too large for their machines. I was becoming frantic because I only had a few days left before my parents' anniversary, and I had promised my brothers I would take care of engraving the tray. I started calling trophy stores and jewelers and finally someone said I should try Throckmorton's Jewelers. I did. Throckmorton's also said the tray was too large, but Mr. Throckmorton sensed my frustration and created a custom device to stabilize the tray in his machine. He even stayed after hours to get this done for me by the next day. He was such a lifesaver! Throckmorton's Jewelry definitely goes above and beyond to make their customer's happy.
