Review content:
We recently rented a home that Latta Real Estate manages for a private owner. After being shown the home we asked several questions about the property, none of which the agent could answer. In fact, none of the agents I ever made inquiries to about this home had a clue. As if they had never actually seen it in person. MANY maintenance issues were not taken care of upon move in. And once they had our first month and deposit and the lease signed, they basically cut off all communication with us. Leaving us to only speak to the receptionist, who, by the way, is rude, condescending, and her nasty tone of voice is way out of line and unprofessional, and that's just when she's answering simple questions.
