The WORST furniture experience ever. I have never been to a place with such awful customer service. My husband and I went to go buy a dining room table, and the guy we worked with had no personality, and every time we had a question he had to go ask his manager. We decided to purchase because it was such a good deal, but it took 2 hours to process a credit card for these people??? We got passed off to 5 different people before we could actually get the table, and each of the people had no idea what the people did before them. It was the most frustrating experience I've ever had. We found another table at Slumberland that we liked, but it was such a good deal here. I would rather have spent a couple extra hundred dollars at Slumberland and had a better customer service experience. I mean treating people nicely and with respect is not rocket science...
