I would strongly agree with the other reviewers in that these guys are clearly at the bottom of the barrel in terms of pool service providers in California. They are dishonest, tricky, incompetent and opportunists. They should not be used in any capacity. After speaking with other pool service providers, pool inspectors, real estate agents and lawyers, these guys are no longer on people's recommend provider list. They are shifty and will look to quickly cash in on any opportunity to screw the consumer. If you were smart, you would stay as far away from Tom and Dan as possible. Trust me, I just wasted 1000s of dollars that I will never get back because of these guys.
