Let me start out by saying that I'm female. For some reason, mechanics think we're stupid and always try to "fix" things on our cars that don't really need to be fixed! For example, I once took my car to a shop for an alignment and was told that I needed a new catalytic converter. REALLY?!?! A loose muffler bracket causing a rattling sound means I need a new catalytic converter??? I think NOT! I was expecting the same treatment from Dewey's, but instead was pleasantly surprised.
