Let me start out by saying that I'm female. For some reason, mechanics think we're stupid and always try to "fix" things on our cars that don't really need to be fixed! For example, I once took my car to a shop for an alignment and was told that I needed a new catalytic converter. REALLY?!?! A loose muffler bracket causing a rattling sound means I need a new catalytic converter??? I think NOT! I was expecting the same treatment from Dewey's, but instead was pleasantly surprised. more

Trans repair 1/21/2010

Had some work done up north but when I got the car home started noticing it was still leaking. Brought it to Dewey's and they discovered that the part the place up north replaced was defective. They replaced it and even helped me to get the place up north to cover the replacement part. The guys at Dewey's were very helpful and honest. more
