Ok, so I understand the debate over true Italian and not true Italian. Here are my feelings on that subject. Unless you are from the old country or your mom is just one generation away from it, are you really going to know what true Italian really tastes like? What I do know is that I have eaten at Buca's several times and have never had a bad meal or bad service. I have eaten at the one in Pittsburgh and the one in Jax and found the same service and quality. I may not know true Italian food, but I do know good food and that's what you will find at Buca's. I recommend you go with another couple and take advantage of the family style eating "Mix-n-Match" and have a great time.
Pros: Consistently good food and service
Cons: Have not found one yet, I'm sure you can if you look hard enough
